+responsibilities:
+  - Design, build, and operate highly available, robust, and scalable system
+    architectures.
+  - Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of production
+    services.
+  - Know how to leverage existing tools (open-source or internal) and develop
+    new solutions when relevant.
+  - Collaborate with other technical teams to proactively anticipate and resolve
+    scaling challenges.
