This PR introduces a simplified patch processing mechanism that replaces the complex agent voting system with a streamlined normalization and deduplication approach.
New Files:
prometheus/lang_graph/nodes/patch_normalization_node.py - Patch normalization and deduplication node
prometheus/lang_graph/subgraphs/normalized_not_verified_bug_subgraph.py - Enhanced subgraph using normalized patch processing
Key Changes:
Patch Normalization: Standardizes patch content by removing metadata and normalizing file paths
Deduplication: Groups identical patches and tracks occurrence counts
Simplified Selection: Uses existing final_patch_selection_node for intelligent patch selection
Clean Architecture: Clear separation - normalization handles deduplication, selection handles intelligent choice
Removed Complexity:
Eliminated complex agent voting mechanisms
Removed enhanced final patch selection node
Simplified patch selection criteria
Workflow:
Before: Patch Generation → Agent Voting → Enhanced Final Selection → Result
After: Patch Generation → Normalization/Deduplication → Standard Final Selection → Result
