This adds an optional parameter to decode and detect and decode that reverses the math of the scaling, cropping, and perspective shifting of the images in order to return the decoded zbar polygons along with the qr code data. A little busy and haven't updated the docstrings or tested the perspective shifting math to a great extent but mostly wanted to get eyes on it right now.
