I think apiVersion: barmancloud.k8s.enterprisedb.io/v1 in the first code snippet should be changed to apiVersion: barmancloud.cnpg.io/v1. The barmancloud.k8s.enterprisedb.io/v1 entry failed in my lab setup and changing it to barmancloud.cnpg.io/v1 worked.
