Add a stateless Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at /api/published/mcp, authenticated with published-guide API keys. MCP-enabled guides advertise the guide and crew assistants as invokable tools plus conversation_get, with optional inline image embedding and published-content URL rewriting. Includes publish UI (McpTab), PublishedGuide McpEnabled/McpDescription fields, crew-member routing in published conversations, and unit tests.
