This change adds Smelting and Mekanism Crushing recipes for the Black Quartz Block, allowing it to be turned into Smooth Black Quartz again.
It also adds a Recipe Compat folder for Mekanism (
recipe/compat/mekanism) used for the crushing recipes,and a smelting method in the block datagen (
BlockRecipeGenerator.Recipe#smeltingResultFromBase)Fixes #1491
