To run the labeller, download and extract the zip files ("Labell3R.zip" and "Labell3R_FrameExtractor.zip") and double-click the executables ("Labell3R.exe" and "Labell3R Frame Extractor.exe" respectively) inside the extracted folders. Use the frame extractor to extract frames from videos and use the labeller to label them. Before you can use the frame extractor and labeller, you need to create a config file.
