Why It's Good For The Game

everything being named modular_whatever in a folder that is already named modular_doppler is both redundant and makes a lot of things hard to find logically
map jsons being able to change job outfits is useful for a few map ideas in the future, however I saw it a little better to atomize this before dropping a giant nuke of a pr
