Various Hearthkin Bugs

Issue Summary:

What I've found so far!
Hearthkin Species:

1. You are able to spawn with celestial as a language, but should not be able to based off of the hearthkin species text, which reads, "Foreign Speaker: Hearthkins may not speak Celestial, but they can speak Aettmal"

2. Spawning on the icemoon using the ghost role spawner while using the hearthkin species will cause the game to warn you of a toxic atmosphere. Additionally, you will begin to gradually take toxin damage because you aren't actually immune to the effects of icemoons atmosphere. You will not take oxyloss.
   This was tested with the following atmospheric composition:
   Moles: 64 mol
   Oxygen: 37.3 mol (58.28 %)
   Nitrogen: 18.1 mol (28.28 %)
   Carbon Dioxide: 6.8 mol (10.63 %)
   Water Vapor: 0.2 mol (0.31 %)
   Plasma: 0.2 mol (0.31 %)
   Miasma: 1.4 mol (2.19 %)
   Temperature: -93.15 °C (180 K)
   Volume: 2500 L
   Pressure: 38.29 kPa
   Heat Capacity: 1.388 kJ / K
   Thermal Energy: 249.84 kJ

Hearthkin Ghost Role Spawner:
3. You are unable to spawn with any loadout items. Not sure if it's a feature or a bug.

4. You are able to spawn as species other than hearthkin in the ghost role spawner, I haven't tested exactly HOW this can break things, but for the moment, the ability to play hemophage may be the only way to survive Truth's atmosphere currently.
