New character's medical records got entirely replaced by an old character's medical records after swapping back and forth.

Issue Summary:

I was just about finished with a character's medical records when I tried to switch to a different character's for reference. When I switched back, suddenly, the new character's records were replaced with the one I had swapped to, entirely deleting the records I was working on.

Reproduction Steps:

By gods I wish I knew how to do this consistently to avoid it happening again. So I'll just go over what I did.

1. Be editing your character's records.
2. Switch to another character with already filled medical records while still clicked into the record box.
3. Switch back and watch all your hard work disappear.

This appears to have also happened to my security records for one of my old characters, and I have no idea why
