Console application that monitors PHD2 autoguider log file. If star is lost, it sends SMS via Nexmo api. Additionaly it creates self hosed web server for desktop screen sharing.
Ping application can be used for additional check (indented to run on machine inside the house and check if observatory PC is still in LAN)
