升级CI中的cann版本到8.5.0，新加了tilelang的测试用例守护commonir的功能。升级cann导致16个线程并发跑pytest测例出现偶发性的、测例随机失败问题，大概率是有case出现out of memory影响。目前解决方案是先使用16个线程并发跑测例，然后针对失败的测例再串行跑即可全部通过。
