Instead of relying on elfutils, we build unwinding tables.

What does this PR do?
Instead of relying on elfutils, we build unwinding tables.
Most of the code was adapted from the unwinding done in the async-profiler.
I'm adding remote unwinding capabilities in this prototype.
Motivation
Speed.
