Dapper's
SqlBuilderleverages generic object lists for its templates' dynamic parameters; these parameters will be recognized and queried properly but will not appear inParameterNamesand will not be accessible viaDynamicParameters.Get. The changes here use reflection to get the keys/values of the params intemplates.
