Summary
Disclosure: Claude was used. I am a novice at ts/js. Used to help me explore the codebase and I applied suggestions which made sense to me.
Fixes #21.
I use podman pretty regularly. Would love to have podman support :)
Added option to change the binary used, and added extra args option. Useful when I am using custom root.
