Dockerized C++ Web App with GitLab CI/CD

Overview

This is a simple C++ web server that returns an HTML response. It's containerized with Docker and uses GitLab CI/CD for automated building, testing, and publishing.

Pipeline Stages

• Build: Creates Docker image
• Test: Runs automated tests on the code
• Publish: Pushes successful images to Docker Hub

Local Development

# Build locally
make

# Run locally
./myapp

# Or with Docker
docker build -t my-app .
docker run -p 8080:8080 my-app
