On 1.7.10 is not possible to 'getNearbyEntities' without having an entity as reference. That sucks.
Backport some part of the world-api from bukkit 1.18.8 (after this one Vector.class changed, so lets stay with that version)
Seems to work pretty well, still doing some tests.
