Description
This PR Adds Reports collection and ResearchCategory block to payload cms.
This PR does not include reports listing for ease of review. I will be opening another PR to handle [Bi weekly and Situational reports] listing with filters and pagination.
Report Categories can be one of (Baseline, Bi weekly or Situational).
Baseline Report is only 1 report.
