This PR was the right baseline; my branch diverged because I started before this got reviewed/merged. After this merge, I’ll rebase my feature update (intuitive delete) onto main (which will include this) and resolve the small overlap.

Very rudimentary, but ready for demo I think. Inserts the alarm logic used in the original app directly into the app layout
