Update website with project-specific items

This pull request updates the documentation links for all gallery pages to point to the new edgess repository instead of the previous Working_group_OASIS repository. This ensures that users are directed to the correct location for adding or replacing files in each gallery.

Documentation updates:

• Updated all gallery pages in both child and root directories to reference the new https://github.com/CU-ESIIL/edgess repository for uploading images and artifacts:
