nbui_max too small when running WRF_bep_bem_update #19
We met an issue when testing WRF_bep_bem_update for Shanghai as printed in the rsl file:
nbui_max too small, please increase to at least 4
The problem remains if just change nbui_max to 4 or 5, and is resolved when changing nbui_max directly to 15. For Shanghai we used our own LCZs with using w2w ./ LCZ.tif geo_em.d0X.nc and this process goes well. We are not sure if this issue is common or just specific to us.
Note that this last code includes a reclasification of the building heights into a maximum of 3 categories per LCZ, which might not be what you want if you are trying to use your own LCZs

I downloaded it before last Thursday and the commit was not included. I will try the latest code. Thank you.

when did you download the bep_bem_updates branch? Did it include this last commit from last Thursday CORDEX-WRF-community/WRF@795676dd5 ? Otherwise, could you try with the latest code?

Please, note that we merged the
bep_bem_updatesbranch (CORDEX-WRF-community/WRF#8). You can access its contents from v4.5.1.7-devel:
