refactor: replace ng5-slider with @angular-slider/ngx-slider

Replaces the abandoned ng5-slider with the maintained fork @angular-slider/ngx-slider.

Changes

• package.json: swapped ng5-slider for @angular-slider/ngx-slider
• All module files: Ng5SliderModule ? NgxSliderModule
• All component files: updated imports from ng5-slider to @angular-slider/ngx-slider
• Templates: <ng5-slider> ? <ngx-slider>
• global.scss: updated ng5-slider reference
