fix: resolve Claude plugin validation errors
Fixes 12 plugin validation errors that prevented the plugin from loading.
Changes:
- Agents (x9): converted tools frontmatter from YAML map format to comma-separated string format in all 9 agents (
autopilot,chain-builder,credential-hunter,recon-agent, recon-ranker,report-writer,token-auditor,validator,web3-auditor)- Hooks: restructured hooks/hooks.json from a flat array to the required
{"hooks": {"EventName": [...]}}format, and replaced the invalidSessionStopevent with the correctSessionEnd- Skills: trimmed
skills/bug-bountyandskills/web2-vuln-classesfrontmatter descriptions to under the 1024-character limit
