Trim the README hero, move the sponsor pitch down - #120

Conversation
The top of the README had gotten heavy: two extra marketing badges, a boxed AwareXone callout, and a sponsorship blockquote all before the reader even learns what the tool does. Cut the "Standalone-Free" and "Powered by AwareXone" badges (neither pointed anywhere useful), collapsed the AwareXone callout into one line, and moved the sponsor ask down into the Support section where it belongs. Also rewrote the opening paragraph, it read like ad copy.

The hero section had gotten cluttered: badges for things nobody clicks, a boxed AwareXone callout, and a sponsorship pitch before the reader even knows what the tool does. Dropped the two decorative badges, collapsed the AwareXone credit to one line, and moved the sponsor ask down into Support next to the coffee link where it makes more sense. Also rewrote the "What Is This?" intro since it read like marketing copy rather than something a person would actually write.
