feat: add reduced motion support across various components

• Implemented useReducedMotion hook to detect user preferences for reduced motion.
• Updated animations in ActiveTournamentsSection, HeroSection, HowItWorksSection, MobileNav, Toast, BottomNav, and BottomSheet to respect reduced motion settings.
• Enhanced motion properties for smoother transitions when reduced motion is preferred.
• Refactored animation logic to improve code readability and maintainability.
