Can not get Data for Device

Since a few days, I’m getting warnings for two of my Meross devices (MSS425E and MSS550). These devices no longer work via local HTTP, but they work fine in the past.

When I switch the devices to Cloud mode, everything works normally.

I tested direct HTTP access using curl, and the devices reply with Empty reply from server. The devices are reachable via ping, and firmware is up to date.

This issue started shortly after I updated Node.js – possibly a coincidence.

Versions:

Adapter: 1.17.0

JS-Controller: 7.0.6

Node.js: v20.19.2

The same thing happened to me, as soon as I check the box for cloud communication all devices are online again

I deactivated cloud communication again. Local communication is working again.

I can confirm chrira2507s method: Activating cloud communication and deactivating it after a couple of minutes worked for me as well.

WTF ... ;-) I have no clue what meross has as issues there. Maybe devices get into kind of an detached state when "too long" not used with the cloud?

I had exactly the same issue at the same time. Enabling cloud and disabling it again did the trick. Strange.....

I have 12 meross device, but this issue happen just with 3 of them.

I have the same. When I allow the cloud and deactivate it works for a couple of days.
But the issue came back.
