Feature Request: Add a Scanline/CRT filter

Like many others, my love for Final Fantasy IX was born while playing it on PS1 on CRT tvs. I really love how the game looks with a scanline or CRT filter, applied from the likes of Reshade. It gives that extra hit of nostalgia, and works really well with Moguri mod.

This thread is a great example of how the game looks with Moguri and a CRT overlay.

I would love if a scanline/CRT overlay could be baked into Memoria as an on/off switch, rather than having to rely on setting up things like Reshade.
