PowerShell examples (adjust the Steam path if needed):
- Battle:
& "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 377840 -memoria-battle 336 - Model viewer:
& "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 377840 -memoria-model-viewer - Field creator:
& "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 377840 -memoria-field-creator - Continue from autosave:
& "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 377840 -memoria-autoload
-memoria-autoload automatically loads the autosave and resumes the saved game without selecting Continue in the title menu. If the autosave cannot be loaded, the game logs the error and exits.
Battle launch always loads characters and the party from the autosave before entering the selected battle. Use -memoria-party 0,1,3 to override the saved party after loading. If the autosave cannot be loaded, the game logs the error and exits. -memoria-party and -memoria-seed are optional battle launch parameters and can only be used with -memoria-battle. Launching a battle requires neither parameter. If several startup modes are supplied, model viewer takes priority, followed by field creator, battle, and standalone autoload.

- Deploy locally:
dotnet build FF9SpecialEffectPlugin/FF9SpecialEffectPlugin.csproj -c Release /p:DeploySpecialEffectPlugin=true - Build a local patcher with the plugin (Visual Studio Developer PowerShell):
msbuild Memoria.Patcher/Memoria.Patcher.csproj /restore /p:Configuration=Release /p:IncludeSpecialEffectPlugin=true
Both flags are off by default. To specify the game directory, add /p:MemoriaGamePath="<game root>" to the deployment command.
Build and deploy with -c Debug, then place FF9SpecialEffectPlugin.trace.json beside the DLL in <game root>/x64/FF9_Data/Plugins/. Tracing is disabled in Release.
