Enable towns and cities in CD4

Does anyone know if it's possible to somehow enable all the zones at the end of the game?

I'd like to add new HW missions to the end of the game in the different cities (like Est Gaza or Oeilvert), but I can't because they're zones that are closed off at that point in the game.

Thanks to Tirlititi I managed to do it, it was really easy to modify.
