• Task Description:
  Create the profile page header block.
  1. Place an avatar image component (with placeholder support for empty image states).
  2. Display the username and email.
  3. Show the truncated Stellar Public Key (e.g. GD47...7STN).
  4. Add a copy button next to the key that saves the full address to the device clipboard and shows a temporary success toast message.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • Layout is responsive on different screen sizes.
  • Toast message appears and disappears cleanly.
