Pull request overview
Updates the project README to better describe LuminOS’s goals, included components, and how to build/try the ISO.
Changes:
- Expanded README with vision/mission, architecture diagrams, and roadmap/contributing sections
- Reworked “Try” and “Build” instructions and added new badges/branding
- Added detailed included-software listing and AI stack overview
