Deploy on ENS

Enable the app to be accessed on a .eth domain. This has numerous benefits, such as:

• access the site through different mirrors, eg. eth.limo, eth.ac etc.
• auditable and tamperproof version history
• local backup (at least if deploy on IPFS)
