Feature Request: Read LED status states for configuration

For my keyboard configuration I would like to be able to make sure that numlock is turned on, as I need to use the keypad for some macros. This doesn't seem to be possible with ZMK currently. So I would like to have a way to either read the current state of the numlock status LED, or have some built in way of making sure numlock is on.

#1431, #999, #115 are related, but provide no way of reading this value from a zmk-config.

The necessary bits to write a custom behaviour and include it as a module should be present, in that case. I doubt we would add such a niche behaviour to ZMK's tree directly.
