Given that #56 won't be backward-compatible, we should take the opportunity to tag v4, in which we should update all nuget deps, etc. We also recently added support for service accounts, as well as semi-recently fixed missing ws-topics, which per definition are backward compatible, but still add values to the user, it is nice to be able to create a bit of a larger release around that.
Another thing that we really should do is to revise our testing strategy, but that requires a bit of further discussion / though.
