Add validation status filters

Description

• As a user I need to see what records have been validated
• Hereby I need to be able to filter the date of re-ingestion
• I also need to be able to show validated or not validated (or both) records

E.g.: When I have already 150k validated records - they've been ingested over a span of 1 year - and I'd like to filter out the latest ingestion this is currently not possible but might be very valuable to me. With this filter I could filter for latest validation ingestion and 'not validated' to find records I need to revise.

Accepted if

• Records can be filtered by ingestion (day) (select with search)
• Records can be filtered by status not validated / validated

Possible pit falls

• Quick filter scope vs. filter scope

The filters must be more detailed :

• Quick-filter : not validated (validation_status == not_validated)
• Filters : filter by ingestion (time interval, similar to the Last Modified filter) + filter by status (check boxes with the unique values of all validation status)

It is important to see all of the different status quickly. Because users could question why a record has been dropped or is set as unknown.
