+Данная команда позволяет сгенерировать файлы перевода, учитывая синтаксис Smarty расширения.
+
+### Установка
+* Поместить файл `SmartyMessageCommand.php` в папку `protected/commands`
+* Создать или обновить файл конфигурации команды `yiic message`, добавив к сканированию тип файла `tpl`
+
