MetaboAnalyst war file is stale at 4.93

The current war file at https://www.dropbox.com/s/9xo4yy3gzqsvyj9/MetaboAnalyst-4.93.war?dl=0 is very stale with many important changes and fixes missing. Can we get a new 4.x war file generated for that download link which matches the copy currently running on the official MetaboAnalyst server?

Related to this, is there a repository that contains the latest source code? I'm looking at running MetaboAnalyst locally integrated into another environment and it would be nice to have the original source instead of only the war file.

Related to my request for the source code and my PR #13, it would be very useful if MetaboAnalyst would automatically start RServe, as per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32373372/how-to-start-rserve-automatically-from-jav.
