git-review-rebase: have a convenient location to share commit notes

The current method of sharing notes is by pushing refs/notes/. It'd be handy to have an easier way to share and comment on these notes.

Is it the method you'd like to improve, or the mechanism? IOW, would it be acceptable if git-review-rebase would automatically (or on user key stroke) pull the latest refs/notes and ask to push on termination if new notes were added, or you're thinking of a different way to annotate commit altogether?
