Added unit compatibility to see if the person wants the temperature in Celsius, Kelvin, Rankine and Fahrenheit.

This will add functionality to use a custom parameter $units which will be define in API.AI to update the unit temperatures to Celsius, Kelvin, Rankine and Fahrenheit.
