Description

Currently the Platform API is unaware of groupId and version of a LLM Provider template when created from the gateway and pushed to the CP. Therefore, the LLM Provider Template would not be versioned in the AI Workspace and it is displayed as a new LLM provider template.
Therefore, implement groupId and version support for bottom up LLM Provider Templates in the Platform API.
