Description
The current implementation routes log / metric / trace requests through the agent-manager service to the openchoreo observer (metrics,logs) and trace observer (traces) respectively.
This feature will seperate all observability into its own agent-manager observer (t-observer renamed with logs,metrics and its own mcp)
