[Bug] isAllowedClient() only checks the first valid CIDR

Describe the bug
Socket proxy blocks the request, if the first valid IP address is not in the allowlist. The bug does not affect given hostnames.

Expected behavior
Socket proxy should check any of the allowed IP addresses in the list before blocking the request.
