fix(view): packagelist UI shows canonical 'add' verb, not 'install' (#2508)

The Packages dev UI rendered an install hint:

    wheels packages install <name>

LuCLI's built-in extension installer intercepts the literal subcommand
`install` across all modules, so `wheels packages install <name>` never
reaches Module.cfc. PR #2374 already renamed the verb to `add` for
this reason; the dev UI hadn't been updated. Users following the UI's
suggestion saw "Command 'wheels packages install <name>' cannot be
resolved" (CommandBox) or LuCLI's generic dependency-installer output
("No git or extension dependencies to install").

Switch the rendered command to the canonical `add` verb. Update
CLAUDE.md's package-install snippet to match.

Resolves #2467.
