Is this project active?

There seems to be a notable lack of activity, so I wanted to ask if this project is still actively being maintained. There are a number of PRs stacked up, and it doesn't look like a release has been published for about 3 years.

I'm considering using this tool for a project I'm working on, but I want to make sure that it's being maintained before I commit to it.

I'm guessing it's abandoned? Can we add new maintainers, or should we start a fork?

Note that I removed the serve command because my team only uses resolve, so the most pragmatic solution for fixing the security alerts was to remove the bits I don't use. Someone else could re-add those bits and fix the security warnings.
