feature request: view Markdown files as HTML

wouldn´t it be great to have an Option that allows to view Markdown files interpreted as HTML ?

What showdown does via CLI - https://github.com/showdownjs/showdown

Of course the edit button still shows the plain Markdown format.....

Something with three button state: "two view", "only md", "only html".

way to far ;-) I didn´t thought of doing this dynamically in the gui, it was more the idea of an additional startup parameter like

--mdconvert

If http-here used with this switch, .md files are converted to HTML on click. Editing still shows the .md of course

And in the version 2.0 of the feature, the switch --mdcss applies a CSS to the converted code ;-)
