Allowing component property overrides for primary locale

We're trying to build a programmatic SEO page generation system using Webflow components with exposed properties. The architecture requires setting component property overrides on a per-page-instance basis programmatically. The Data API blocks primary locale writes and the Designer MCP set_text edits component defaults sitewide, not instance overrides. Is there any current or roadmap solution for writing primary locale component property overrides per page instance via API? This is a blocking limitation for our use case.

Related feature request: Add unlink_component_instance action to the Designer MCP de_component_tool.
If a component instance could be unlinked programmatically — converting it to standalone editable elements no longer connected to the component definition — set_text could then be used freely on those elements without affecting other instances sitewide. This would be an alternative solution to the primary locale property override limitation described above, and would unblock our semi-programmatic content generation pipeline entirely.
