Template Setup with Vue-Quill

recently found that many people who are new to vue or quill are finding it difficult to understand code setup from installation page .

as a former react developer , things are all set for react!

why dont we make a new branch showing where to add and how to setup code with vue-quill and vue / nuxtJs

if not new branch at least a template to share in readme
