[Bug Report][3.1.3] [Vuetify] getUid must be called from inside a setup function

Vuetify Version: 3.7.4
Last working version: 3.5.13
Vue Version: 3.4.14
Browsers: Chrome 131.0.6778.109
OS: Windows 11 Pro

Steps to reproduce
Add <v-rating> in side </v-expansion-panel-text> inside expansion model

Expected Behavior
no errors should be thrown

Actual Behavior
Error: [Vuetify] getUid must be called from inside a setup function is thrown
