[Feature]: vLLM no longer maintains P2pNcclConnector. Remove it and push vLLM to support nxil reporting?

🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch

P2pNcclConnector has bugs#42839, and the main vLLM project no longer maintains P2pNcclConnector. This connection method will not be usable in the future. Should the router consider removing the P2pNcclConnector connection method and push the main vLLM project to add active reporting functionality for NixlConnector?
