How to use the new pure V garbage collector

I hear that V now has a garbage collector written in V. How do we use it?

Since v now has a garbage collector written in v, would you accept a pull request that gives the user the option to not use libgc? I'm thinking something like this would be good: make --no-libgc

If you use -gc vgc, you won't be using libgc anyway, as you'll be using vgc instead. If you don't want gc at all, -gc none does that.

vgc isn't "fully baked" yet, in any case. Once it is, it will become the default. Once it is the default, V won't come with libgc any longer, so there's no need for an option to disable it.

One of the reasons why v doesn't compile cleanly from source on Mac OS 10.4 is because of libgc. If this library wasn't used v would be much easier to build.
